"The room is spacious and clean. I stayed there for 7 nights, it was comfortable and the service they provided was great. The staff is kind and willing to help. I didn't realise that I forgot to pack my own pillows after I checked out the room, so they kept the pillow and gave it back to me! As my office was just located right beside them!! Thank you very much!! I will definitely come back here again next time I come to Bangkok!!"

"Overall:\n7/10\n\nRooms:\nRooms were a bit musty and humid when we entered, but AC was working properly and at a good temperature. The bathroom floor was not moldy, however, had black caking marks along the edges. Bed sheets were in 80% in good condition, however, had some sort of stains on the bedsheets.\n\nHotel staff/service:\nHotel staff were friendly…HOWEVER….please note that when you entry/check-in to the hotel, you are required to deposit a fee (for the hotel’s liability purposes I would assume, as the hotel front desk staff was not able to fully understand my English).\nDeposit amount is 1,000 THB. It will be automatically refunded to you after you check out of the hotel (with nothing damaged, or broken, or misconstrued). Do the right thing and all is fine :-)\n\nAmenities:\nThe free “welcome drink” provided is just drinkable/potable water, but glad they provided it. Also offer free coffee bags and sugar in the hotel.\nOne amenity I wish they had was a pair of shower shoes.\n\nParking:\nFree parking along the backside of the hotel, and some underneath the hotel (2 or 3 parking spaces).\n\nConvenience:\nConclusion, convenience depends on what you are looking for or where you’re traveling., However, I would say this hotel is enough to get you by at a relatively cheaper price."

"Possibly the most thoughtful and impressive hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I’m only on day two of a four-night stay, but the staff continue to exceed all expectations.\n\nFirst — I arrived early and went out to explore the neighborhood, not expecting anything, but came back to find my luggage already placed neatly in my room. Such a pleasant surprise.\n\nSecond — when housekeeping cleaned the room, they noticed I’d finished the bottled water from the fridge. Without me saying a word, they replaced it with a new one — one inside the fridge (as I prefer), and one outside. That level of attention to detail is rare.\n\nThird — we ordered food online and asked the front desk if they’d be okay helping bring it up. Not only did the receptionist say yes without hesitation, she also brought plates and cutlery to our room. I once stayed at a well-known hotel where they actually charged extra just to bring a spoon for outside food!\n\nFourth — we mentioned in passing that the fridge didn’t feel very cold. Within minutes, a staff member came to check, and shortly after, she returned with a colleague and a fully-functioned fridge. They swapped it out and set everything up right then and there.\n\nThe level of care and attentiveness here is genuinely next-level. Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again the next time I’m in Bangkok. 👍🏽👍🏽"
