"I checked in around 4:00 PM on the 12th of March. The receptionist was unhelpful and provided no information, only handing me the key until I asked her. (Lady, if you don't want to assist customers, perhaps you shouldn't work at the front desk.)\n\nI received a room on the third floor, and I should note that there is no elevator. If you have 25 kg. or more suitcases like I do, it can be quite a struggle. No one offered to help until I asked.\n\nThe room is somewhat outdated and in poor condition.\n\nThe only positive aspect of my stay is the location; it's easy to find food nearby.\n\nGiven the price I paid, I expected a higher standard of accommodation from you."

"One of my best hotel to stay in bkk first I was thaught I did not spend lot of money for this hotel but yes however I find out that's great hotel quite area for you to rest they can print your documents at reception but yes of course 5 baht for each page you can wash your clothes they have laundry but yes have to buy your own soap and yes they have water for drink on every floor they can provide you make your room every day you can heat up your food there too but yes it's not located on main Sukhumvit the staff was nice friendly and it's easy to find and locate for grab / bolt or any other online businesses"
