"Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially for travelers who want to stay close to ICONSIAM and within walking distance of BTS stations. But still you got wet if rain. The location is a major plus, with local food stalls, several 7-Elevens, and a large hypermarket nearby. It’s also fairly easy to grab a taxi or use the BTS to get around the city, which helps avoid Bangkok’s often heavy traffic.\n\nThe room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable enough for a short or budget-friendly stay. It had basic amenities like a full-size fridge, additional seating, and decent air conditioning. Housekeeping was generally reliable, with daily water refills and sheet replacements. However, I did notice some missed spots on the floor, like long hair left behind, which could be improved.\n\nThe bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The shower worked well, though water pressure was a bit low. Amenities like hair dryers weren’t provided in-room but were available upon request at the front desk. It would be great if they included items like disposable slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste in the room.\n\nWi-Fi worked okay during my stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One receptionist gave great recommendations about what to do in the area, even with limited English, which I appreciated. Most of the time, the staff were polite, though occasionally seemed disengaged behind the front desk.\n\nMy room was quiet and I had no issues with noise, which made for a relaxing stay. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short walk to ICONSIAM and the BTS, making it easy to access key attractions and dining options. There’s also a ferry nearby to Wat Arun, which is very convenient.\n\nThat said, the property is starting to show signs of wear. The room I stayed in had visible scratches on the walls and looked like it could use a fresh coat of paint. Also, there was no in-house food service or breakfast offered, which would be a nice addition.\n\nOverall, this hotel is a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers who value location and comfort over luxury. It’s not perfect, but for the price and convenience, I’d consider staying here again."
