"This was a happy surprise! The hotel looks so much better in person than in the pictures! The place is amazing, the facilities are spotless and very high end. The service from everyone is nice and so happy! We felt very pampered and taken care of by everyone who works here, from the front desk, to the waiters and the cleaning service. Besides the breakfast buffet was amazing and the pool is something to die for. We didn’t have time to use the spa bur it looked amazing. The views and the whole of the little town of Sant Tomas is just dreamy."

"AMAZING HOTEL!!\nI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff (especially at the reception) gave me a very warm welcome, offering me a typical minorcan drink while making the check-in. They were friendly, polite, and always ready to help!! It looks like they really enjoy working at this place!!\n\nThe room (double superior with garden view) was spacious, spotless and perfectly air-conditioned!! The bed was big and so so so comfortable!! I really loved it!!\nThe food was fantastic, especially enjoying it with those incredible views from the buffet area. The entire property was an absolute dream, beautiful maintained, quiet, impeccably clean, and having direct access to the beach made everything even better.\n\nHonestly, this hotel exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend it!!!! You will for sure enjoy your stay there!!!"

"Absolutely amazing place ! The most genuine welcome I have ever received from a hotel. The staff, and that’s everyone, from reception, restaurant, bar staff, housekeepers, kitchen team and maintenance team made a point of speaking to the guests and smiling all the time no matter how many times they saw you during the day. Bedrooms are amazing, food was very good and varied every day with lots of items cooked to order ie steaks, seafood or omelettes for breakfast, with a mixture of local and international food to suit all tastes. The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean, the swimming pool is sparkling with comfortable loungers that are spacious and you never feel crowded.\n\nThe hotel is blessed with an exceptional team who seamlessly flow from one language to another speaking to the guests. We celebrated our anniversary with a complimentary bottom of champagne in the mini bar on arrival, our room had a balcony overlooking the sea and sitting watching the horses on the beach, or sunset at the end of the day has been truly magical.\n\nThe Malibu Cafe next to the hotel offers really good food a short walk from the hotel and overlooking the beach.\n\nWe hired a car for a few days to explore the island and the price was extremely reasonable, plus you get a discount through the hotel, they arranged a taxi to take us to pick up the car and then again to return when we dropped it off. Car parking on site was immediately arranged.\n\nNothing is too much for the hotel, and everything is within a short walk, drive or bus away."
