"Would give it 0 stars if possible. Communications ahead of our stay were poor - we did not receive the check in details until we were on the plane after numerous follow ups. When we arrived at the apartment we could not get in and they did not respond to our emails so we couldn’t get into the apartment and were stuck on the road at night for 2.5 hours. The person who eventually came to let us in promised us compensation for this and then they just stopped responding to our emails. The apartment had not been cleaned properly and had a very bad smell, which was raised and we got no response. When I involved Casamundo, the third party site we booked through, Hogarium invented lies to try and evade responsibility for our complaints, despite us sending evidence of their negligence."

"My experience with this agency was very negative. We rented an apartment for three nights at the end of June in Seville, during a heat wave that reached 42 degrees Celsius. The first night we arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working, and the agency suggested we turn the power off and then back on. Obviously, this wasn't a solution, so they stopped answering our calls and texts, leaving the apartment at a temperature of 33 degrees Celsius at midnight. We had to find alternative accommodation for the night, as the conditions weren't healthy or optimal. It was hard to breathe, as it's a wooden loft on the second floor...horrible.\nThe next morning, we contacted them again, and they sent a technician to fix the air conditioning, which was indeed not working. We've tried hard and passively to get them to refund us for the night we lost (not the one we had to pay for the emergency hotel, which would be the right thing to do), but they've given us no answers or solutions. They just send you to voicemail or tell you they'll get back to you with the solution.\nThey're scammers and disreputable. €100 per night without providing a service they've literally stolen."

"I worked at Hogarium Rentals, and although the company manages a large number of tourist apartments in Seville, my experience was less than positive. I observed a very weak internal organization, especially in key areas such as reception, cleaning, and maintenance. I believe the company should invest more in training and a sufficient human team to guarantee good service to both clients and owners.\n\nDuring my time there, I noticed a very high staff turnover, which affects the work environment and the quality of service. I also missed a more balanced approach from the managers, who, despite being young and having training and experience in the sector, did not pay attention to staff conditions and client satisfaction, beyond financial objectives.\n\nRegarding the owners who entrust their homes to the company, I believe they could benefit from more personalized attention and more friendly and effective management.\n\nI do not recommend this company as a place to work, and I think that, with better organization and greater investment in human capital, its operations could be considerably improved."
