"Lovely hotel, perfect for Sevilla city break. Excellent location.\nSustainably conscious.\nStaff is very friendly and helpful.\nOur room was clean and spacious, with nice moorish style interior.\nI had a great time and enjoyed my stay\n\nA couple of suggestions nevertheless:\n1) it would be great if in addition to sustainable shower gel, shampoo and body cream (applauding here), you would consider to add simple soap, either liquid or solid. It was not convenient to wash hands with shower gel from the glass bottle without dispenser\n2) less crucial, but maybe you could add a kitchen towel in the kitchenette (if a room has one). Otherwise the kitchenette was equipped impeccably, thank you.\n3) breakfast arrangements leave room for improvement. Not enough hot nutritious food for everyone - maybe you could increase the output of tortillas."

"All in all a nice experience, rooms are beautiful and nicely renovated. It’s a cute and authentic hotel. However the rooms are weirdly located not in the hotel but outside further away – about 40 m in from another door. If you are sensitive to sound then sleeping was disturbed by noises on the street. Parking is also further away, about 500 m. Breakfast is nothing luxurious but tasty. Distance from the sights and old town is good."

"Had the displeasure of waking up at 8:50 am as the hotel decided it was the perfect time to start some construction outside my window. I don’t love waking up to a man on a ladder outside my room. Especially when they are hammering and drilling, and I didn’t fall asleep until 3am because I’m jet lagged. The front desk apologized and asked them to stop when I went down to complain. But their excuse was they didn’t know he was working outside my window, and I really don’t understand why you would have someone work (hammer and drill) outside any hotel window at 9 am. 2pm? Makes sense. 9am? I can’t be the only one trying to sleep in and get over jet lag.\n\nLocation is a ~15 min walk to the center city."
