"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a delightful five-night stay at the Adriano Hotel in Seville. During our 20-day trip through Spain, we stayed at five different hotels in five different cities—and the housekeeping staff at the Adriano was by far the best. They kept our room in immaculate condition every day, and we were especially impressed by their attention to detail: they noticed a hook had come loose from a drape on one of the tall windows and fixed it the very next day.\n\nWhile the hotel does not have a dedicated concierge desk, the reception staff more than made up for it. Every receptionist we interacted with was well-informed, friendly, and eager to help. They made excellent restaurant recommendations and handled reservations for us. Eliza, one of the receptionists, guided us to what turned out to be one of our best meals in Spain on our final night in Seville.\n\nThis is a charming, small hotel with outstanding service and a fantastic location. We would happily stay here again."

"Very nice hotel and great location….. but it stopps there.\nRooms are listed as “soundproofed” - NOT TRUE !!! Room 112 is straight ahead of the entrance from the street. Every person passing that door might as well have come and sat in my bed and chatted. I complained twice, but no action taken.\nIf you book a hotel for the night means normally you like to sleep somewhere nice quiet and comfortable.\nAt 3.30 am I had had enough. !!\nIn the morning the receptionist had already been informed of the incident and was going to see what she could do.\nA complementary breakfast would have a been enough start…. But no, we paid for our breakfast in the hotel.\nShe spoke to the “manager” who was on “holiday”. He was not very “customer focused”. A blunt Foxtrot Oscar was more or less what we got.\nIf you would like to sleep - book a room somewhere else !!!!"
