"Helpful staff, nice location, and very good job keeping the place clean. I like that they keep the sleeping area as a quiet zone (not that all guests obey the rule) and have the common area for chatting or hanging out. The capsule gets quite hot if you close the door fully so my only point of note would perhaps try to get a second fan or port for better ventilation but otherwise just crack the door a little and they were quite comfortable."

"My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks. I gave this place 5 Stars Mainly due to the hospitality and friendlyness of Natasha. Natasha was amazing She helped us with a last second booking and made sure our stay was great. The Hostel was very clean, and the common area was cozy. My complaints are that the place could get hot especially over the weekend when people would leave the door open and let out the AC, and the automatic lights at night can be a bit harsh."

"I stayed here for 14 days following a problem with an Airbnb I had previously rented. Here is everything you need to know:\n\nOverall, this hostal deserves 5/5 stars. It is very clean, the staff are very nice, the building is secure, and the amenities are nice. Natasha (one of the staff members) is absolutely phenomenal. Natasha, if you ever read this, thank you for being so incredibly kind and welcoming; thank you for helping me so much when I arrived desperately trying to find a hostal for 14 days after my horrible AirBnb experience. You are the best!!\n\nOther reviewers described issues with the showers, AC, and storage. They have since opened some of the showers in the women’s bathroom from 3 to 5. During the day, they turn off the AC in the bedroom area. They keep it on in the lobby but it can get quite hot in the bedroom area from 9a-5p. You are given a storage drawer underneath your bed. It can fit a full size checked bag plus some additional items. There isn’t additional storage though. If your items can’t fit under your bed, the staff will store it for you for free!\n\nThis location is amazing. Some people complained about safety in the reviews. I could not disagree with that more. I think the area was perfect, very safe, and well located. The hostal is located in a connecting alley where a few homeless people stay, but they leave during the day and never once appeared threatening.\n\nThings to keep in mind before booking:\n\n- they turn the AC off in the bedroom area from roughly 9a-5p.\n\n- housekeeping thoroughly cleans the entire place daily. Honestly, it’s very impressive how thoroughly they clean.\n\n- the lights in the bedroom and bathroom are automatic. Every time someone moves around in the hallways at night, bright lights automatically turn on.\n\n- the weekends are much busier; it is harder to sleep.\n\n- there are not hooks inside the the bed\n\n- you will likely need to sleep with your door open due to how hot it gets in the bedroom once you close the door. There is a fan but it doesn’t do much other than create some white noise.\n\nThings that can be fixed/adjusted and would make the hostal better:\n\n- make the automatic lights different for night. For example, have the lights turn on but not as bright or have a different color light turn on at night that isn’t so jarring.\n\n- add hooks to the inside of the bedrooms\n\n- add a shelf to the showers so that we can put our things somewhere other than the floor\n\n- make the doors to the bedroom area automatically close behind you. People always leave them open and the AC escapes and then the bedroom is as hot as it is outside."
