"The location and price couldn’t be better. There were a few things we found confusing. The elevators to the rooms says the pool can be reached from it, but it cannot. The laundry system was hard to use and we had to get help at the desk. The towels and wristbands for the pool were also confusing. It seems like something that should be near the pool or at the rooftop bar but it’s handled at the front desk which can get busy. I could have sworn when I bought late check out during the online check in it said two hours, but we were told it was one (this could also just be me misremembering). In any case these are all minor and things which could be improved. We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the rooms was great. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet so we slept well. I also liked the feedback the keycard reader gives when it turns blue while it reads the card and green when it works. We appreciated being able to store our luggage and the staff helping us checkout gave us some nice recommendations for the rest of the day."

"Fantastic convenient location - you can really walk anywhere you need to from there or take the metro. It's a cleverly designed hotel and the rooms are comfortable. The cardio equipment in the gym stopped working on the second day, so that was a bit of a bummer. Overall, I'm happy with the Social Hub hotels I've been to in Europe!"

"Such a cool place. Large meet & greet type reception area, with cafe, ping pong table, games, chillout area, TV room and LOADS of other stuff. Really great vibe.\nThe staff are honestly SO welcoming & genuinely friendly. When my bang average Spanish had been exhausted, the girl switched to perfect English to help complete the simple check in process.\nOther staff literally would introduce themselves eg in the lift, hows it going, seem interested in where we're from, give advice on the city etc etc. SO nice.\nThere was a small roof top pool with beds, loungers etc not that big, but I suppose enough to escape the hottest part of the day (August in Madrid!). Bar on the floor below too.\nWe will go back to this super cool city in the future, and will not hesitate in booking this place again.\nThank you so much to everyone for such a great stay X"
