"We stayed here for two nights in a large double room. The staff was so communicative and nice! Also the location is so good, we walked everywhere.\nRooms were clean and had all the neseccities. I recommend to bring earplugs, because there might be some noise from other rooms. If I come back to Madrid, I would stay again!"

"I stayed in the green room which was the first off the lobby area so it was really loud, not sure if the rooms farther off would have been better but if someone was in the lobby I could hear everything. The service was great and they have some free bits for breakfast, coffee and fresh cold water. The bathroom was comically small not sure why they even bothered with the door and there was about 5 seconds of hot water in the shower. I would turn it on wet my hair turn it off to lather and back on to rinse and even then I ran out of hot water each day. The bed was comfy so no complaints there. The location was great and the building secure, downside was the lights in the stairwell weren’t automatic so you had to fumble around for it and they did turn off after a few seconds so had to move quick to the main floor where the lights would turn on automatically. I would stay here again but I would request a room away from the lobby to avoid the noise."
