"U get what you pay for, for this kind of location and this kind of price you kind of know what you're getting. anyway to enumerate the pain points:\n\nlocks are in disrepair, it's very annoying to open, esp since there are 3 locks to get to your room (building door, main door, room door) so you keep having to deal with this\n\nwater pressure was good for showers but after you close and open the shower there comes a time when it's very hot all of a sudden and this happens every time you close and open the shower.\n\nsound proofing was very bad, and i think the narrow doorway accentuates the problem, amplifying noises.\n\nservice was non-existent. they dont help you to keep food in the fridge, nor help you place reservation at restaurants. the lady staff gives attitude for the smallest thing, and I heard her tell the previous person that if she wanted an extension of 15mins checkout time, she has to pay for the next night(the cleaner only has 1 hour to clean was the reason she offered, which was a bloody lie because i saw them cleaning for a few hours the next day). absolutely ridiculous\n\ndoorway was dark and gloomy, and just looks super shoddy"

"Perfect Hotel if you’re traveling alone I would say! The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and there are enough bathrooms so you never have to wait for them. Also they are cleaned every day! Yes the room is small, hot (if you’re ther in summer) and doesn’t have a view. But what do you expect for the price you pay. Do yourself a favour, book this hotel and treat yourself with an amazing dinner on the Plaza Mayor with the money you saved by booking this!"

"The room has no window or air conditioning. It only has a small hole on the wall for circulation. The room is very small. If you spread your legs and arms and most likely you will touch all the walls. The place is very dirty. They hang all the laundry and towels outside the bathroom window. In addition, the window in the bathroom is broken, there is a chance that someone is watching you while you are showering or using the toilet. This place is so deceitful and unpleasant."
