"Not recommended. The hotel should have better maintenance of all aspects of the hotel. Walls are broken, shower door not closed, and more.\nWe stayed in a smelly room with bad odor, and had to move 3 rooms in 4 nights.\nWhen we asked to fix the hair dryer and then came back to the room later, our door was wide open since the maintenance guy forgot to close it.\nAlso, there were no espresso machine or kettle in the room (pretty basic these days).\nBreakfast isn’t worth 14€ per person.\nThe rooms are very noisy so you can hear the street very loud, as well other guests in our floor.\nOverall, not recommended and we won’t come back."

"Overall, great experience.\n\nThe staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We mentioned it was our anniversary and they left us a sweet note with goodies, which was very kind and generous.\n\nThe room was not big, but comfortable with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we slept well.\n\nGiven that we booked a superior room, we had higher expectations. The entrance was through the residential building next door and to get to our room we had to pass by, what looked like the service section of the building, which was a little odd. We also had a very spacious terrace on the top floor with a seating area but the terrace walls were so high that we couldn't really see the view, which was disappointing."

"You can’t get a better location for the same price! It is right across the famous primark, it is basically on the Gran Via avenue.\nThe reception is very cute, and always had an amazing smell throughout our stay. Another thing that we liked is that the main door has to be authorized inside to open, giving us a better sense of security.\nThe staff is very sweet, always with a smile and ready to help, they even gave us sweats and goods as a thank you for staying.\nThe room was very big and REALLY clean. The bed was super comfortable, and we had plenty of natural light inside. The shower was also very good, although I advise you to bring a hair dryer (it takes very long)\nThe breakfast was very complete, with fresh warm bread each morning.\nOverall our experience was very positive, leaving us with no bad things to say. I wouldn’t rate it a 3star hotel!"
