"The location of the hotel is ideal for anyone visiting Madrid. Main attractions are within walking distance.\nThe bathroom was spacious with adequate amenities provided.\nBreakfast is decent.\n\nValue for money is very low though. The building interior seems very old. Rooms have no natural light and no view at all (at least the one I was allocated to which was quite expensive if I may add). There was a constant noise coming from air condition units located right outside the room window. I could also hear water flowing through the pipes!"

"I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for five days during my vacation in Madrid, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, right on a bustling street filled with shops and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Madrid. It’s also incredibly convenient, with both Sol and Opera train stations just a 3-minute walk away.\n\nDespite being in such a lively area, the hotel is a peaceful sanctuary. Once you step inside, you’re completely cut off from the noise of the outside world—there's no sound of traffic or street bustle, making for a restful environment. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I was impressed by how calm the entire hotel feels, which was a pleasant surprise considering its central location.\n\nA big shout-out to Denisa at the front desk! She welcomed us warmly and made sure we felt at home right away. She was extremely helpful, offering great recommendations and answering all of our questions with a smile.\n\nThe Wi-Fi was amazing—super fast and reliable throughout the hotel, which made it easy to stay connected without any hassle.\n\nThe breakfast was good, though I felt it could benefit from a little more variety, especially for longer stays. That said, it was still a pleasant way to start the day. One thing I really appreciated was the emphasis on security—each room had a strong, secure safe, and the hotel’s main entrance only opens with a room key, which made me feel safe and secure.\n\nThe hotel is located in a pedestrian-only area, so the street is free of car traffic (except for taxis), which made it even more convenient and relaxed to walk around.\n\nOverall, I had an amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, location, and service."
