"The hotel was located in a very popular area in Madrid and very close to all other main locations, so that was great! The staff was very helpful with everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The only downside is that you could hear everything inside the hotel, the walls were very thin, so we were woken up several times during the weekend by people in the hallways entering their rooms. Other than that, everything else was good."

"Good day everyone! The hotel was disappointing. It doesn't live up to its price at all, the room is small, the noise is very loud, you can hear absolutely everything that prevents you from sleeping and generally relaxing in the room. The room itself (despite the fact that we took a double room) is designed for only one person. A very small closet, no table, you can only put a phone on the nightstand, it is very inconvenient to sit in the room, there is not even a chair. It doesn't live up to the price at all. The Wi-Fi works terribly, it even sends messages every other time. But the last straw was that there was no hot water in the room. We waited a whole hour for the water to come on, and ended up washing in cold water (not even warm, but ice-cold water). Then, after waiting another hour, the hot water appeared for 15 minutes and then ran out again. It was just awful, we paid money for nothing."

"Fabulous location. Clean, modern, smart room. Very nice bathroom with great shower.\nThis is very good value in a great central location but essentially is a group of managed rooms with no central area to sit etc as you might get in a hotel. I did not realise it was not a hotel. The room was clean modern and well presented. However very little hanging space - no chair or table to puts things on and only one hook to hang towels"
