Did not enjoy my stay or have a good sleep. building stinks and looks dodgy.\n\nLiked · It was fairly easy to check-in and get into the room, but that was about it.\n\nDisliked · the rooms are tiny, you can barely move, the building is very smelly, noisy and just looks dodgy.\nthe bed was very uncomfortable and I barely slept.\nLuckily I only needed it for 1 night."

"It's a very well-located apartment, right next to where I had to take the course. The room is very well designed, with a kitchen and bathroom. Everything is very clean. Congratulations to the cleaners, and very pleasant. We had a great time except for the first night when some people arrived late in the morning and continued to cause a scene in the same apartment, disrespecting others' sleep. It didn't happen again.\nThey were very attentive on WhatsApp. And I really liked opening and closing the door with those smart locks."

"--> Regarding the treatment, it was good, correct and pleasant, speaking to us on WhatsApp and answering our questions when we needed it.\n--> For the price it has, it could be something better. We have paid €140.50 per night and we would not repeat it.\nReasons:\n- Very strong smell of humidity and drainage in the room. This had never happened to me before, not even in much more humble or older accommodations...\n- Quite small room. Especially the bed area, since you could hardly move from one side to the other, doing so by touching the wall at the foot of the bed. There was also no area to put the suitcases.\n- When you showered, the water came out completely, wetting the sink cabinet, the towel on the floor and even the floor outside the bathroom. There should be a screen that closes the shower, more than anything to make the facilities last. For example, the paint on the baseboard was peeling and that's from humidity and water.\n- Noise: the electronic locks in the rooms can be heard all the time and also people entering and leaving the rooms or when someone was showering.\n- Cleanliness: it was not something to highlight either, there were corners with a lot of dust and some debris on the floor.\n- Security: the portal was always open, making this unsafe for guests. Especially when the building was almost entirely hostels and tourist apartments.\n--> I consider that the most important thing to deal with is the bad smell, since it becomes unbearable to be in the room, even leaving the windows open, which is not very pleasant if it is cold."
