Unlike many budget hotels, it offered an electric kettle with teabags—a welcoming touch. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort. The lobby was beautifully maintained, with impressive greenery like fig and rubber plants, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a superb variety. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and great service."

"Extremely Disappointed with Shuttle Service and Overall Experience\n\nI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the shuttle service provided during my recent stay. Considering that the nightly rate is relatively expensive, I expect a much higher level of service, particularly because a reliable shuttle is one of the main reasons I choose a hotel near the airport.\n\nI sent multiple messages inquiring about the shuttle and waited over an hour and a half without any response. I called the hotel twice and no one answered. I also tried the number posted at the airport, with the same result. This level of disregard is completely unacceptable.\n\nUltimately, I had to contact customer service through my booking platform just to get assistance. To make matters worse, the following morning I had an early flight, and when I arrived for the shuttle, it was already full. I had no choice but to pay for my own transportation, despite having communicated my needs to the hotel well in advance. I should have been given the option to reserve my shuttle spot beforehand, but that was never offered.\n\nThe entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and absolutely not what I expect from a hotel that charges these rates. It simply makes no sense that guests cannot rely on basic services that are clearly advertised."

"Horrible experience. This is literally the worst hotel I have stayed at. Please skip.\nFirst the shuttle took forever to pass in Terminal 4. A lot of people were waiting for over 90 minutes. We were asking to all the Melia buses passing and none were taking us, they didn’t even bother to tell the hotel many people were waiting. Once the shuttle arrived there was not enough space for everyone. And on the way to the hotel, as people where mad, he was just excusing himself over and over again saying his colleague had passed before and no one saw him apparently 🫠.\nI tried to call the reception like 15 times in English and Spanish, they didn’t pick up any of my calls about the shuttle other than the automatic information that comes.\nDuring the check in I realized that the receptionists were just hearing the phone ring and right away hanging without picking up 🫣.\nTo end with the shitty service. My reservation had dinner and breakfast included. They didn’t respect the dinner and told me I was not entitled to it, even if dinner buffet was still running.\n- The card to the room didn’t work, I had to go to ask for a new one\n- the room also couldn’t read the key for the electricity so I had to push very had the place where you put the key, sometimes the lights were going off.\nAlso if you are planing to take a taxi or uber, be prepared to pay minimum 17 euro. Up to 35 for 5-7 min ride…. 15 when there is traffic\nAlso the shuttle bus doesn’t go from 8 AM to 11 AM to the airport, or at least it was like this in my experience. So take it into account for your connections if ever\n\nPositive: the breakfast is great, buffet with plenty of pastries, juices and other options. The staff of the breakfast is also wonderful.\nAlso the rooms are pretty big"
