Inhala Hotel Garden

"I rarely post reviews, but I wanted to emphasize how great this hotel is. I had originally booked another hotel, but it didn’t have a pool. When I saw that the weather in Madrid was going to hit 40°C, I switched to Inhala Hotel—and it was the best decision ever.\n\nMy room opened onto the hanging garden, with a beautiful waterfall during the day and a light show at night. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room had a fridge and came with two small complimentary bottles of water.\n\nI loved my stay! I would go sightseeing in the morning, relax by the pool in the afternoon, and head out again in the evening once the weather cooled down.\n\nThe pool was very refreshing. My only suggestion would be to add some umbrellas to the upper deck, as it was too sunny to use the lounge chairs for long.\n\nWhat I loved most was the hotel’s location. Everything was within walking distance—just a 10-minute walk to major tourist areas. Plus, there was a small Dia grocery store right across the street, which was super convenient for picking up water or other small items."

"The room wasn’t very clean — the bathroom wasn’t clean either, and there were even hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Inside the bedside table drawers, there were traces of tobacco. The bathroom tiles were cracked, and some of the furniture was old and not fully painted.\n\nWe stayed for four nights, and not once did they remember to refill the coffee capsules. We had to go ask every day, and each time, the receptionist seemed surprised that it hadn’t been done. I can live with that, but it’s just poor service and quite frustrating, especially since the receptionists told us we were in an upgraded room and that this was part of the service.\n\nThat being said, the room was cleaned and tidied very well every day.\n\nSome rooms in the hotel can only be reached through side elevators, which require climbing about seven steps. On our way back, we asked for help bringing the luggage down with a cart but were told that no such service was available.\n\nEvery day, for all four days, we had to replace our room keys once a day because they kept malfunctioning and wouldn’t open the door — so we had to go down to reception again and again to get new keys.\n\nOn the last night, we received a few phone calls in the middle of the night to our room, which woke us up. The reception couldn’t explain where the calls came from."

"We stayed in 610. It was wonderful, except very loud from 8am to 10:30 am on Friday morning. Sounded like floor cleaning and moving many, many chairs. I told the person at the front desk. It would be nice to stop them from cleaning the roof in early morning hours. It was extremely loud, woke us up, and could not go back to sleep. All else amazing. Staff and and amenities were wonderful."
