Hotel Vincci Vía 66

"This hotel is amazing. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a warm scent. The staff is really kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the bathroom was also large and clean. Although the shower didn’t work properly.\n\nThe location is amazing since its right on Gran Vía. This was our third time staying at Hotel Vincci Vía 66, and we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"The hotel’s central location is its main (and perhaps only) advantage.\n\nFrom the moment we arrived, the reception staff seemed tired and unmotivated. The cleaning staff were surprisingly rude — barging into our room without permission, even when a "Do Not Disturb" sign was clearly displayed.\n\nServicio de habitaciones was excellent — probably the only aspect of service that met expectations.\n\nUnfortunately, the hotel feels quite neglected: broken fixtures, a creaky bed, and a worn-down bathroom. We stayed in the premium rooms on the top floor, yet had to endure constant noise — both from guests going to and from the rooftop and, even worse, from hotel staff and storage areas at all hours of the day and night. The rooftop does have a great view, but oddly, people would come and go quickly — it never felt inviting or lively.\n\nWe asked for an invoice three times at checkout. Days later, we are still waiting.\n\nWe’ve previously stayed at ME and Only YOU hotels — both were far better in every aspect and at a lower price point. This one, unfortunately, was a disappointment.\n\nAnd Still waiting for a response by email"

"From the moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted with a warm smile. The location is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is fairly sufficient; however, our only criticism is the lack of labels or descriptions under the food items. Thanks to the team."
