"I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Sterling Hotel in Madrid, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly unprofessional and downright degrading. Their rude behavior and complete lack of customer service skills made us feel unwelcome and disrespected.\n\nTo make matters worse, we experienced power outages not once, but three times during our stay. This was incredibly inconvenient and made it difficult to enjoy our time in the room. When we reported the issue, the staff seemed indifferent and offered no apologies or solutions.\n\nThe room itself was filthy and disgusting. The carpets were stained, the bathroom was dirty, and there was a general sense of neglect throughout the entire hotel. The hallways were no better, with trash and debris littering the floors. It's clear that cleanliness is not a priority at this establishment.\n\nOverall, I would strongly advise against staying at the Sterling Hotel. The unprofessional staff, frequent power outages, and filthy conditions make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay in Madrid."
