"Absolutely phenomenal experience! The staff was nothing short of extraordinary—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. The room was stunning, a true haven of comfort and style. Their recommendations for sightseeing and dining were spot-on, enriching our entire visit. The buffet breakfast was a delightful feast, offering an incredible variety of mouthwatering options and drinks, all for just 13 Euros. This exceptional stay easily ranks among the best of our 25+ years of traveling. Without a doubt, this will be our go-to spot whenever we return to Madrid!"

"Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom is spacious with a duel sink operation which is optimal. Downside was the cleaner walking in on me while I was still asleep but that happens\n\nStaff were helpful and happy to help with any questions or issues.\n\nGreat for a quiet area of Madrid, it is a little bit of a walk to get down into the heart of it all. There is a metro station very close by which is very helpful."

"I will give u the pros and cons of this hotel. I was on a 5 night business trip and booked a single bedroom.\nThe bed and room is tiny. The bed is not comfortable. The bathroom is nice, it’s actually really good.\nThe service of the hotel is terrible. The staff do not help you at all. Don’t expect any concierge service. They are not in the mood to help even though they are working in the hospitality industry you don’t feel any hospitality. My reservation was done by the company. My reservation was including breakfast and the hotel said breakfast wasn’t included. I tried to explain to them that the company booked the breakfast and they wouldn’t even try to listen or understand, it was just a hard no. The worst part is that my check out was supposed to be at 7 pm (because i had a night flight). They called me at 12 pm and told me u must leave now. Again I tried to explain that the company had spoken to the hotel and check out was given till 7 pm. Again they wouldn’t listen or try to understand. The staff was very rude and demanding to leave immediately and not willing to listen from me at all. His name is Antonio he is an older gentleman, God bless his soul.\nThe only good thing about the hotel is the location is close to many things. Other than that everything else is terrible.\nOne time I told them to bring me tissues and they didn’t! Not even hotel slippers.\nService is beyond terrible."
