"Absolute horrific experience in April 2024. Warning to all to avoid booking here. Upon my arrival, there is only building management and my reservation was not listed (even though funds were deducted from my credit card). The booking was made months in advance specifically for the Madrid marathon based on the location for start en finish of the race. I had to wait over 2 hours in the lobby for booking.com to figure it out the the accommodation. I was then offered alternative location from booking.com service team. Truly unacceptable treatment and a truly horrific experience of wasting more than 2 hours on holiday. I had to cancel a tour and a lunch appointment. So warning to all - stay away."

"I stayed in this location for a short holiday for 7 days. The place is divided into a residential privately owned apartments and hotel rooms.\n\nExpectations (7/10): Personally, I stayed in the privately owned apartments. The apartment was more like a studio. It had Wifi, Kitchen with all the supplies, and all daily necessities like shampoo, towels, etc. We are a family of four so the place felt small to say the least.\n\nHospitality (9/10): Our host was amazing and was willing to accommodate for us for early check-in.\n\nLocation (8/10): The only reason I don't give it a 10 is simply because it is not in main downtown Madrid. It is close enough so you can walk to Gran Via in 10-15 minutes. The location is pleasant and modern and is close to Goya and Serrano. Highly recommended location."
