"This place is a total disgrace! The smell of the sewer in our room was horrible, as was the temperature in the room. It was like 40 degrees and it felt like the heater was on.\n\nBeside this the place was almost falling apart, there was no bar service on the terrace and the hospitality of the staff was next to zero.\n\nSo, if you want to find tranquility in the mountains north of Madrid find some place else!"

"I love This place. I can only talk about the bar and terrace. Have not been nor at the hotel or the restaurant. To me, the view from the bar terrace is worth the visit. When I am tired of the heat in the city in summer, having a beer there with 5-6 *C less then in Madrid is valueless"

"No water and The reception line about the origin of the problem telling me it was the Townhall fault ! I did call the Townhall to check and they confirmed the water system was good! They came to check and confirm it was OK ! It happens that they were having maintenance have the hotel ! Later I talked with the director that told me that he will give me the money back for the night which didn't happen for more than three weeks! I keep trying reaching by the phone number on the website but they always hangout! There are other problems that happened during my staying there and I really really not come back to this place !"
