Torre Melina Gran Meliá

"We just spent three nights at this beautiful hotel. We often stay in Melia hotels as I know the quality is always good, and this one didn't disappoint. Inside it is beautiful - the reception area / lounge in particular. The reception staff were excellent and remembered it was my daughter's birthday, putting her a cake, juice and sweets in the room when we returned. The kids club staff also really lovely and took my younger daughter with my eldest one, even though she was a bit too young, which was really appreciated! The pool was great but unfortunately there were no loungers free both times we went, but eventually we got some. Staff in bars were slightly hit and miss - sometimes a bit slow, hence me only giving 4 rather than 5 stars, but it was a busy time. I didn't use the spa, but hopefully next time! Thank you for a wonderful stay."
