A strong cleaning product? But no — it was unmistakably urine. At that hour, too drained to request a room change, I thought I’d at least open the windows for fresh air. To my surprise, they can’t be opened.\n\nWith a mix of resignation and fatigue, I improvised: I covered my nose with my anti-face, placed towels and a T-shirt over the pillow… but the night was long, uncomfortable, and deeply unpleasant. Rest was impossible.\n\nThe next morning, I left early and reported the incident at reception. They were courteous and assured me someone would contact me. It’s been four days. "Very disappointing experience. During our stay, a shopping bag with newly purchased items disappeared from our room. At first, I thought it might have been an honest mistake, but after the hotel’s response denying any responsibility, it is clear this cannot simply be a misunderstanding. If the bag had been misplaced, the staff should have been able to find it.\n\nThis leaves us with the strong impression that our belongings were stolen. The lack of proper investigation or resolution from the hotel is unacceptable. Be extremely cautious with your personal items if you stay here.\nThe only good thing was the staff at the breakfast and restaurant."
