"You can’t call this 4 star hotels ,old fridge that take ages to cool down the drink, Hair dryer stop working after 2 minutes cuz it overheated and they don’t even have one for you to borrow , towel is old that it ripping off and the way that they don’t care so much about customer information like you can put just a random word in it so the security is not so good I guess?? I give it max 2-3 stars but 4 it’s far from that\nPS (receptionist is wonderful and super helpful as much as they can so all those stars I give to the service)😃"

"Everything about the hotel is Zero\nReally don’t know how they got a 4 star\n\nWe booked a room specifically with a bathtub and a balcony view — this was the main reason we chose Sansi Hotel. Upon arrival, we were informed that this room type was not available. After raising our concern, we were moved to a room on the ground floor with no view, a constant loud mechanical noise, and non-functional air conditioning.\n\nWe reported the AC issue at night, and the staff confirmed it was not working. In the morning, we followed up again, only to be met with complete indifference. The receptionist simply said, “all the ACs are like this,” made no apology, and showed no concern or willingness to help.\n\nWhat has made this experience even worse is the behavior of the receptionist, which has been absolutely unacceptable. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — refusing to return greetings, offering fake smiles, and treating guests with clear disinterest. When I again asked about the correct room type, she claimed the hotel was full, then later said we could have the room if we paid extra — a response that felt dishonest and manipulative.\n\nTo make matters worse, there is no phone in the room to even contact reception. We’ve had to physically come downstairs each time, only to be treated with complete disregard.\n\nThis stay has been deeply disappointing and stressful. We expected comfort and professionalism — and received neither.\nWe will escalate the matter to the booking platform and share our experience on all public channels."

"Absolutely Terrible Stay – Not Even Close to 4 Stars\n\nWe were completely shocked when we entered the room. It was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The bathroom was disgusting, not sanitized, and the bed had a horrible smell. We even found blood stains on the sheets.\n\nWe immediately went to reception to ask for a room change, but the receptionist told us there were no other rooms available. We had no choice but to return to that same room.\n\nThe air conditioning didn’t work, so we had to sleep in a sauna-like room, sweating every night. The ventilation was full of dust and mold, clearly never cleaned. The view? Just a wall — nothing else.\n\nWe stayed for four nights, and housekeeping never changed the bed sheets even once. The pillows were extremely old, flat, and smelled like other people’s sweat. When we left the bathrobe on the floor — a standard sign that it needs changing — the cleaner hung the same dirty one back up.\n\nThe shower drain was clogged with dirt, and there was mold in the bathroom. The hair dryer was stuck to the wall using paper tape, which is just unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be four-star.\n\nWe were so uncomfortable and disgusted that we had to buy our own sanitizing wipes just to clean surfaces before using anything.\n\nI’ve attached photos to show the reality of our stay. This hotel badly needs a professional cleaning service and serious quality control.\n\nOn top of everything, the cleaning lady made an excessive amount of noise early in the morning with her vacuum and by constantly slamming doors. There was also no “Do Not Disturb” sign available to hang on the door. One morning, she knocked briefly and then walked into the room just seconds later — while I was still in bed, completely naked. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.\n\nDo not trust the 4-star label — this place doesn’t even meet 2-star hygiene standards."
