Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona

"Very satisfied with our stay at Hilton Diagonal Mar!\n\nWe had a great stay at Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona. While it’s primarily a business hotel, it worked very well for us as a family – we were traveling with our 9-year-old son. The staff were friendly, and the service was consistently good.\n\nThe beds were comfortable, with high-quality duvets, pillows, and bed linens.\n\nThe PuroBeach area was a big plus – a lovely atmosphere and excellent facilities.\n\nThe location was exactly what we were looking for: a nice, local beach just a short walk away (note: no sunbeds or food service on the beach), a large shopping mall right across the street, and easy access to tram, bus, and metro. Travel time into the city center was about 25–30 minutes door to door. Perfect for those wanting a mix of beach and city experiences.\n\nThe hotel’s main restaurant was unfortunately closed for renovation during our stay, but there are plenty of great neighborhood restaurants within a 5–15 minute walk (Steam and Coal was a favorite).\n\nPS: Elevator was listed as an issue in some other reviews, but this seems to be upgraded to new system which works perfectly.\n\nAll in all, a very positive experience – we’d be happy to return!"

"I love this hotel. Great room. It was one of the best hotels 🏨🛏️ I've ever been to. The pool is so nice. It was cold, but it was a great way to cool off since it was so hot in Barcelona. The fries and chicken fingers were great, but the prices were expensive. The staff were very nice and helped us a lot. The location is also great, as it's right next to a tour bus stop. It's also across the street from Diagonal Mar, which is also worth a visit. It definitely won't be my last time."

"Stayed here for 2 nights as a weekend away. The rooms were spacious with a great view however the bathroom was quite unclean. Some wet toilet paper left on the floor and the hairdryer attachments under the sink. The floor also was constantly wet, not sure if was a leak or what.\nReception staff were super friendly and welcoming!\nOne thing I think should be mentioned before booking is that the pool area is a pool/beach club and if you want a sunbed you have to arrive at 10am when it opens and even then you are placed round a corner away from the pool. If you want to reserve its 50% of the standard price (€75). It was a nice pool area and great for us but not very family friendly, I felt it should be an adults only space due to the nature of the area. Also not cheap drinks and food at all (€16 cocktails).\nThe location is a 15/20 min metro to the centre which we actually liked as it was alot quieter around. It is also opposite a huge shopping mall with lots of food options which was really useful.\nOverall a great hotel, I would recommend."
