"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property, which did not match the description on the listing and fell far short of what was advertised as a “luxurious” experience. Given the amount we spent, we feel misled. We paid approx 1300 Euros for three nights.\nTo clarify:\n• The apartment was not peaceful or private as implied. There is an elevator directly behind the aparment.\n• We constantly heard people walking and making noise.\n• Laundry washer stopped in the middle of the cycle leaving us with wet cloths that we had to take to another laundry facility.\n• The balcony view was completely unacceptable. Clothes were hanging everywhere, and some had even fallen, not the view one expects from a “luxury” rental.\nThe listing misrepresented the quality of the property and the environment. We will not stay here again and recommend the same."

"Disappointing stay. Many cons, but I will start with the pro.\n\nPros: location was fantastic. Right in front of the Sagrada Familia. Many restaurants, shops, coffee shops, ice cream, etc right outside the apartment which was very nice. Taxis will not stop right in front because it is only pedestrians, but the stop is not too far.\n\nCons: unfortunately there are many.\n1. Service was awful. Not responsive, nobody is present. They do not pick up phones or answer texts in a timely fashion.\n2. Amenities were lacking. They were gonna charge us 8€ to refresh towels. There were 4 of us staying for 4 days. They gave us 1 small (20 min to open it one day, so frustrating.\n4. Sharp handles. They will cut you as you walk by.\n5. Small apartment. No suitcases will fit in the bedrooms, have to keep them out in the living room. Small bathroom.\n6. No view of Sagrada Familia, only the backs of building."

"We just finished a 2 night stay at EnjoyBCN and would definitely return. Great location with restaurants and shops nearby. La Sagrada Familia is in walking distance and we even had a view from our balcony. It was nice having the space for our group of 4 people. Also, the office staff was incredibly helpful throughout our trip with bookings and needs."
