"A hotel that looks quite nice and modern, but in the end leaves a bad impression and that's because of the rooms. First of all, the bed is too hard in my opinion, and the sheets are completely fuzzy, after several nights there, it was still not clear to me how to cover yourself, because the blanket is made of 3 parts. In the bathroom, you can also see that a little investment is missing. Some rooms like ours had one window that looks into the inner courtyard and during the whole day you have the impression that it is dark or cloudy outside. The location of the hotel is not bad, although it is far from major sights except Camp Nou, because it is close to one of the most important stations in the city with the metro, trains, connection to the airport, etc. I have no complaints about the staff, they are friendly and professional."

"This hotel is quite underwhelming from the front but it hides a lot of magnificent features once through the doors. Reception is not the easiest to find due to work being done on the main door. The staff were more than helpful with information about Barcelona and what to see.\nThe room was extremely comfortable and very clean with a fantastic bathroom.\nWe had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay here and would recommend to anyone who is travelling to Barcelona."

"I stayed here and I had a very disappointing experience. The rooms are not soundproof at all, you can hear constant noise from everywhere: the room next door, the floor above, and even from outside the window. The forniture make an extremely loud dragging noise when they are moved, by common sense, install felt pads under the legs like everywhere else is done.\n\nThe curtains are basically useless and don’t block out the light; by 7 AM, the room was already bright.\n\nIn the bathroom, the light didn’t work, so I had to take a shower in the dark using my phone’s flashlight. I reported it to the reception, but it was not okay and safe.\n\nThe breakfast was extremely poor — I expected something much more generous.\n\nIn the lobby, there is no visible security, and after reading other reviews I understood I am not the only one concerned. Apparently, there have been thefts (bags being stolen), which is unacceptable. Being in a big city should be a reason to invest more in proper security and make guests feel safe.\n\nOverall, it was a bad experience and I would not recommend staying here."
