"Staff very helpful, location is great 3min walk to La Rambla many bars and restaurants close by. We stayed in 3 bed family room which was very small and needed updating but was clean and shower was good pressure. This was my second visit to this hotel and improvements have been made on the roof terrace which is now very nice.\nBreakfast was nice, plenty of choice"

"You would want to stay in this hotel for its location. Its right in the old town and everything is at walking distance. Nothing fancy. The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was great. Its a small area but they have managed it well. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. I had an incident which has surprised me. On 30th May 2025, I had my friends coming from Malta and I called them to the hotel thinking we could have breakfast together. When they arrived, the receptionist said I could not take visitors to my room. He said the hotel had strict no visitors policy. I said ok. Since I was checking out the same day, I asked can I put one suitcase of my friend in the room so that we could move around freely. He still said NO. No outside people luggage in room. I said ok can you please keep the luggage in cloak room till I checked out. That was also NO. Since I was staying there and was willing to take the suitcase in my room without causing any trouble, I am amazed. It was not 10 or 15 suitcases just one. It can be seen in CCTV footage if they have. I let the readers of the review decide whether it was a bit too much. Goes without saying we didn't even bother to ask for the breakfast price and my friends ate somewhere else."

"service is horrible the ac was broken and the only person in the hotel didn’t want to help at all i don’t recommend at all don’t come here. The location is amazing but the lady was very rude and threatened to call the police even though she’s in the wrong don’t come here ever."
