"If you're considering staying here, be prepared for a very basic experience. In comparison, it’s below the standard of a Motel 6 in the U.S., but with a higher price tag. The service was minimal, though they do offer a continental breakfast.\n\nOne concern I had was with the safety of baggage storage. They claim your bags are kept in a locked room, but the room is unsupervised, relying solely on cameras. For me, this wasn't reassuring.\n\nDuring our stay, we encountered several issues. On the first night, our room (101) had no functioning air conditioning, and the bathtub did not drain properly. I strongly recommend avoiding Room 101 if possible. When we requested a different room for our second night, since they wouldn't issue a refund, we were placed back on the first floor, where there was a noticeable mildew smell.\n\nThe staff informed us that if we wanted a refund, we would need to submit a complaint in writing, and even then, a refund wasn't guaranteed. We booked our third night elsewhere."

Easy access to transport.\nYou can leave your bags before and after check in, as well as using the common areas on the day of check in and check out.\nPiscina is shallow and quite small but still a great feature in summer, where temperatures are almost unbearable in the city!\nSun beds available as well as tables and chairs.\nThe bar is great and has drinks and food options."
