"Hotel Chi in Barcelona offers a great stay with its modern, stylish rooms and a consistently clean environment throughout the property. The location is very convenient, just walking distance to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, a great way to start the day. The rooftop swimming pool, although a bit small and on the colder side, provides a nice spot to cool down and relax. A bit more warmth in the pool would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a well-run hotel that delivers on comfort, cleanliness, and location. Would definitely stay again!"

"The room was small which was not a big deal. The front desk lacked customer service skills. We were there a week and not once greeted by the day shift ladies on the desk. They were always heads in their phones.\n\nWe did have a great encounter with a male front desk clerk one morning.\n\nThere was noise for a couple hours over the night of someone having a good time. We were not the only ones to complain but nothing was done about the noise or any compensation given for the lack of not stopping the noise.\n\nThe pool is quite small and shallow but was still nice to cool off in after a day of walking around in the heat."

"Booked last minute, and thought it was a good value stay. Very centrally located, short walk from the airport bus. Small rooftop pool but was quiet both times I went up. Had a look at breakfast the one day, didn’t look too good but plenty of options nearby. Room was clean and comfortable."
