"Rooms were clean, but the AC is controlled by the staff despite having a thermostat. We asked to lower the temp and increase the fan a few times and we watched them do it but it felt no different in the room.\nService was super friendly, but every staff member does things a little differently so you have to keep track of who helped you pay etc etc.\nBathrooms were on the more presentable side of hostel bathrooms I’ve stayed in but they needed to be cleaned. They smelled like sewage and hair is everywhere. The women’s shower room also was missing a sink faucet- making it hard to share.\nEverything else was great and accommodating!"

"Over all.. an amazing experience. Staff was nice even when I dropped my keys to my lock into the bed. & asked them many times to get my bag out of the locker.\nRooms were nice and cleaned and the cleaning staff was very nice. Lucia was so so so nice. If you haven’t already give that lady a raise!! Kitchen was big and convenient and the WiFi worked very well. I rate the hostel a 3 bc there was only locker style showers and only 3 of them. And while they were clean.. they definitely had a weird sewer smell to it … which was a complete turn off and the smell lingered into the hall ways and the toiles were separate as well. There’s only 2 of them. Once again well kept but having to leave the room to use the bathroom is very inconvenient. But I would stay again.. just being open and honest. I felt very safe and that’s what is truly important"

"Amazing little tucked away hostel. Beautiful terrace and nice rooms. Showers were cleaned daily. Location is fantastic. Some rooms are better laid out than others. Staff were very friendly. Will be coming back if I visit Barcelona again."
