"My parents just returned from Hotel do Chiado and couldn’t have been happier with their stay. The staff took wonderful care of them — always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their superior double room was spacious, with a large and comfy bed, and most importantly, it had a fantastic view of São Jorge Castle and the old city.\n\nThey especially loved the breakfast and they were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hotel’s central location made it easy for them to explore Lisbon.\n\nAs this was their first trip without us children, I was a bit nervous, but the hotel staff was incredibly responsive to my requests beforehand. They even made sure my parents got a room with a view, just as I asked.\n\nA heartfelt thank you to everyone at Hotel do Chiado for making my parents’ trip so special and unforgettable!"

"This is a lovely hotel set right in the heart of Lisbon. Just a short walk from all the main attractions and shops. The rooms are large, well maintained and very comfortable. We had a premium room with a terrace over looking the St Jorge Castle. It was a bit chilly in March but very nice to sit out in the afternoon for a drink before going out for dinner. The welcome drink, pastel de nata and the bottle of wine left for us in the room were nice touches. What really makes the hotel special are the staff. The reception team, waiters, bar staff and the maids were so friendly and could not do enough for you. I didn’t get anyone’s name but the help from the front desk when we needed advice on where to go and how to get there was excellent. If you are staying in Lisbon this is the perfect place to spend a wonderful city break. Thank you all so much for a lovely stay."

"Great spot in the center of town with easy metro access right below the hotel! Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. My advice is to splurge on one of the balcony rooms for the best view in Lisbon to go with your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine! We'll definitely stay here again."
