The 7 Hotel

"The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the airport. The train station is just a few meters away, and the journey takes about 35 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.\nWe stayed for three nights in a triple-bed room (Room 306), which was clean and comfortable. The shower was great, and there was a good selection of TV channels. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you have a late flight, the hotel allows you to store your luggage.\nWe chose to have breakfast elsewhere as we enjoy exploring, but for those who prefer to eat at the hotel, breakfast is available."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be quite disappointing in several ways.\n\nThe room was moderately clean but lacked basic amenities. There was no complimentary drinking water provided, and all water had to be purchased at an extra cost. Tea and coffee were not refilled daily, and even those required an additional charge for replenishment, which felt unreasonable for a hotel stay.\n\nDuring my stay, I accidentally left my key inside the room. When housekeeping entered, they took the key without notifying me, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, when I arrived 15 minutes before check-in time, the hotel refused to give me the room, showing no flexibility or hospitality.\n\nOverall, I found the service to be below expectations and not guest-friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless some serious improvements are made in terms of basic service and customer care.\n\nRating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5)"

"BED BUGS 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳\n\nI stayed in Room 405 and woke up with numerous bites on my arms and body, only to find a dead bug with bloodstains on my pillow, and another under the duvet. As a solo traveller, this was alarming enough that I had to check out urgently at 9PM and book another hotel.\n\nWhile I understand it may be difficult to confirm the exact species from photos, the circumstances strongly suggested bed bugs—especially given the blood-filled body and bite patterns. Despite notifying the reception immediately and forwarding photos, the hotel provided no follow-up or assistance. I later had to escalate the issue through Agoda just to get a partial refund.\n\nI’ve seen the hotel’s response claiming the photos “do not show a bed bug” and that rooms are disinfected. Even if there’s uncertainty about the species, dismissing a serious concern raised by a guest without investigation is extremely poor customer service. No guest should have to defend the fact that they were bitten in their sleep and found blood-stained insects in bed.\n\nI hope the hotel takes guest concerns more seriously in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here.\n\nAdded my correspondence with the hotel."
