"The room we're in is insanely small, but the staff is amazing. The breakfast is fantastic & they're able to do to-go breakfasts for those who need to get an early start on the day, before the hotel breakfast starts (starts @ 08:00).\nThe hotel is located downtown & everything is about a 10-15 minute walk. All the the public transportation stops next to/in front of the hotel & the Metro subway is very close by."

"Have to say I was a little nervous after reading some reviews before I stayed here. But everything was really pleasant! The rooms are small yes, but that’s common in historic buildings in Europe. They were well appointed, great linens, bathroom was quite spacious. Incredibly good water pressure if that’s important to you. Nice shampoo, body wash, conditioner and body lotion. Breakfast is fantastic and live piano each morning as many have described. The staff were helpful with luggage hold and the location was walkable to literally everything we wanted to do in the city and its transport system. Wifi was good as well in our room.\n\nThe only issue I had was I booked on Booking and I would not do that again, and instead book direct with hotel. My friend arrived a day earlier and booked direct for much less."

"Incredible building. Amazing rooms (especially the shower). Fits in so well with this city of such rich history. We greatly appreciated the 24/7 check in with our late flight. I have to commend the phenomenal staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Especially Daniel. What a professional and what a beautiful person.
