Smy Lisboa

"Just stayed at Smy Lisboa and we had a fantastic stay. Rooms are a good size and the beds are super comfortable!!!\n\nTheir rooftop bar is great and they have a great selection of cocktails which were much appreciated during the heatwave we experienced whilst in Lisbon.\n\nI definitely recommend this Hotel, its close enough to the center where you can walk but away from the hustle and bustle so you can actually get some good rest. Planes fly over but rooms are well insulated and couldnt hear a thing."

"Overall a great experience, the staff were very kind and accommodating including the late night staff, who were very nice. When we checked in we asked about the best beaches and the metro system and they gave us accurate information and a map with all the best spots circled. The breakfast and dinner staff were all warm and welcoming while being receptive to our needs, taking our plates and bringing us water when ours ran out. Checking out was a breeze we were served by Amanda who was a pleasure, giving us our transfer information and made us feel comfortable and at ease.\n\nOur only issue was an odour eminating from the fridge in our room every time we opened it, and a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which at times spread throughout the entire room. There was a substantial amount of dust under the beds and the fridge, which meant when things fell underneath they had to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. But apart from that the general cleanliness of the room and bathroom was to a good standard.\n\nA good location not too far from the shops and a street market. An altogether blissful experience and would definitely recommend!!"

"The hotel stay was overall solid — nothing extraordinary, but everything worked as expected. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was definitely a plus with a good variety. The real highlight, however, was the rooftop bar: a nice vibe, and the perfect spot to unwind in the evening. While the experience wasn’t exceptional, it was a pleasant and reliable place to stay."
