A special mention to the gentleman from Nepal, whose service was truly top-notch and made us feel so well cared for.\n\nThe rooms were so comfortable that we instantly felt at home. The history of the building is fascinating, and the kindness from everyone we met made our stay unforgettable. Every interaction felt genuine, like they truly wanted us to feel as comfortable as possible.\n\nThe location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Porta do Sol and other beautiful sights in Alfama. "Absolutely beautiful couple of days spent in this hotel. We were lucky enough to stay in the Santiago suite which had incredible views across the red roofs of Alfama and of the dock.\nThe staff were knowledgeable and passionate, keen to engage and really took our experience to the next level.\nI thoroughly recommend the restaurant which served beautiful dishes. The bar snacks were impressive as well.\nIt was my first time in Lisbon and I really felt like I was in the heart of the city. Most places were walkable and it was lovely to be in the historical part which has tons of character. I will definitely be returning."
