"Where should I begin? The receptionist is terrible. He couldn’t speak English and didn’t even try to speak it. We booked a month in advanced and when we arrived, they had no room for us. We got a two bedroom, which is small but alright, and the one bedroom was a catastrophe. The room was 4 Quadratmeter big and no place to put the luggage. In general a very scary room. Only under protest we got a better room which was dirty. Even holes in the sheets. We were told to come the next day to get a new room but we waited 2 hours. There was no receptionist and we had to call the boss. He luckily could speak English. Additional to that we were promised a parking spot which does not exists. I truly did not feel comfortable. It’s very loud and not a nice environment. Service management is …the new room was alright but not up to our standards. Just old and broken."

"Very central location ,minute from Metro Saldanha, plenty of places to eat around, and just 15min by metro to bus station of Rede Expresso's to discover Portugal. That was a main reason to book the room here.\nOtherwise, very basic accomodation in very good and safe location. Best option for a place to sleep for a night, nothing more. Please note that rooms are all parts of a divided apartment, and walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors.... My room has a bad smell from the sewage."

"WORST HOTEL IN PORTUGAL!!! Wouldn’t even give this accommodation 1 star, more like -1000 stars. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Myself and my partner booked this with the pictures making it seem like a nice place with a balcony, breakfast and AC included. Getting there the receptionist didn’t speak a lick of English and rushed us to the 7th floor. Entering the room we were met with an odour that absolutely stunk. There was no balcony, AC or breakfast, they don’t even provide you with a fan! The pictures they advertise are NOTHING like the room they give you. Checking around the room I opened a sink cupboard which actually had mouldy/rotting food in it (hence the disgusting smell that came from the room) looking around further it seemed like the room had not been cleaned properly, even the bedding and towels stunk like crap and had stains on them. I immediately went back to reception and asked for a replacement room showing him the old food left. He did not seem too happy about us wanting to change but then moved us to the room right beside the one we came from. Jesus Christ this room was just as bad if not worse!! Black mould growing in corners of the walls, found a dead fly, stains covering the bedding and rubbish still left in the bin. The bathroom smelt awful, it is situated close to the bed which makes the whole room stink. I was wondering what the smell was and found the toilet brush covered in feaces and old toilet paper!! It was the worst smell definitely not up to hygienic standard at all. Myself and my partner that night left hotel and found a airbnb for the same price. The hotel was not willing to give us refund on this, I can only imagine due to many people also finding the same issues as us. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, do not make the same mistake myself and my partner did and book with this place. It almost needs to be shut down due to hygienic concerns. Don’t know how it’s still able to run and advertise on websites."
