"BED BUGS. Absolutely no direction for check in or check out. We waited by the door for 30 minutes calling with no answer until we finally were let in by another guest. Once we got upstairs, there was no one in reception. We waited again, another 15 minutes in the stairs until another guest coming in told us that they had the same experience and to go to the laundromat down the street. Back down again with all of the luggage to find someone at the laundromat for a key and door code. No instructions for check out were given. We stayed one night and woke up covered in bed bug bites. We left immediately but of course, no one was there to take the key and no response by phone. We had to leave it hanging on the doorframe. We visited a pharmacy where they confirmed we did have bed bug bites. The owner later canceled the reservation, after we stayed and paid in full? presumably so we couldn't report the bed bugs or leave a review but we already had contacted bookings customer service as soon as we woke up. Don't stay here."

"Firstly the lady on reception didn't speak a word of English think it was shere luck there was actually someone there as the rest of the time I was there reception was closed. Didn't see a single staff member in two and a half days. No only this but I tried to contact them by phone, email and on booking.com and no reply from any of the channels.\n\nThe doors down to the street were left open and when I arrived not knowing the door code a homeless guy knew the code which wasn't reassuring. The location doesn't feel safe. No security, woken up twice by someone banging on my door and no peep hole to see if it was a misguided tourist or someone who had wandered in from the street. There's a big issue with homelessness in that location though it is convenient for the station.\n\nThen there were random holes in the wall, loose wires and cracks in the shower tray, one of which I cut my foot on quite badly.\n\nEverywhere is mouldy and dark, the lights in the corridors don't work. The window in my bathroom was clear, not frosted and looked directly over to another room only a couple of meters away. There was a flimsy shower curtain but the window wouldn't close properly and so it kept blowing away.\n\nDon't expect to get any sleep either the community outside is loud. Playing music with deep bass until the early hours as well as paper thin walls so you can hear other conversations in other rooms but also people coming and going at odd hours presumably catching flights/trains.\n\nDefinitely didn't feel safe here."

"If you want to be highly disappointed this is the place to go. They use false images from a different hotel. I booked a room with a supposed private bathroom to find out that it was a communal shower. The mattress was rock hard. No air conditioning. The doors of the room didn't close properly and you could hear everything. The skirting boards were covered in mould and the floor was uneven and had stains and old chewing gum stuck to it. When I got there I was not given the code to get in so I had to wait until someone came out so I could go in and I was welcomed to a giant hole in the wall. No one was at reception my entire stay so I couldn't make a complaint. Another thing was how uncomfortable I was walking to the accommodation, Do not walk here alone."
