"The place is very clean.\nUnfortunately during the night there is too much noises of the garbage collector, from midnight to 1 am, it is too much for me.\nThe room was cold even with a small item Elettrico to make it "warm". The bed (mattress) was fine. THERE IS NOT THE KITCHEN so it is not possible to cook food there. This is very bad. I choose this place reading that a kitchen was available in the site description. Please take out the voice KITCHEN from everywhere. The door is a bit tall, so the light come inside. I found broke something on the window that was missing and allow the cold to come in, as you see in the pictures. The light in the room was not enough to see properly. The first heater I got was broke and working with 1 only of 3 "fires" available. The shower is fine. The position is fine next to Marquez de Pombal but not so good as position. It is far from all. The pictures prove what I wrote. The price is very high for to be in Portugal where a salary is 500 euro monthly about. I have a night video of the noises of the garbage collector but I don't know how to post it. By the way, ERASE THE KITCHEN AVAILABILITY, IS NOT TRUE."

"Worst customer service ever you'll have. Book online otherwise you'll be cheated. They had moved us in different room without informing that the rate is different, upon check out we charged higher rate. No breakfast served no one can cook, you have to pay extra then you are allowed to cook.\nLegal entry charges 20€, other hostel charge only 15€.\nNo privacy at all, staff always in the satting area/dinning area you can not eat in the room, pay extra money might give you this opportunity.\nWhen asked the hostel owner contact number wrong number was provided."

"This place is quite clean not the super nice but it's okay. They provide us heater and fan.\n\nThe bathroom is clean but it have only one bathroom. During the time we stay 1 toilet is broken so we cannot use.\n\nAnd location is not that near to the city walk around 7 min. to metro"
