"Great hotel, great service, great location! Walking distance to many locations, nearby restaurants, nearby parks, close to the airport, cheap Bolt rides to beach or airport etc. Thank you to Ana and Amir and the other staff for our stay. The room was cozy size for us and we fit perfectly fine. My bf is 6ft and we had two carry on luggage and 2 personal items and felt comfortable in our room. The only thing I would recommend is a little more variety at the breakfast buffet, cook the scrambled eggs a little more and have the coffee machine available 24/7. The coffee was really good surprisingly from the machine. The pastel was very good too! 5 stars, would stay here again!"

"Accurate name. The staff are lovely and after a very chaotic day, I felt very welcomed getting into the hotel. Lots of helpfulness and kindness extremely appreciated as the man at the desk was lovely.\n\nThe rooms are modern and clean, everything you need, a balcony even for enjoyment in my booking, I didn't realise I had so a pleasant surprise. Beds are medium-firm which is how I prefer them - not sinking into the mattress. Quiet and peaceful in the rooms, air conditioning operational and good. There is a yummy breakfast available. Everything perfect for me, very grateful for a fabulous and straightforward stay at the end of a very long day.\n\nCouldn't recommend more!"

"Overall, we had a good stay at the Next Level Premium Hotel in Lisbon. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.\n\nThe breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Our room was quite small, and the bathroom was also very compact, but since we had booked the smallest room, it was expected. That said, the room was clean and well-equipped, with tea and bottled water provided, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable—we slept really well. We also requested slippers, and they were happy to provide them.\n\nThere were refreshments available in the lobby, which was a nice bonus. The hotel charges for storing luggage after checkout, which was a bit of a downside, but they generously allowed us a free late checkout for an additional 3 hours, which we truly appreciated.\n\nAll in all, a pleasant and comfortable stay, made better by the kind staff, great service, and standout breakfast."
