The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great suggestions on what to see and helping us organize tours.\nBut the absolute highlight is the rooftop terrace! "Hotel Monte Belvedere Hotel by Shiadu was a fantastic location and experience! From the moment I arrived, despite a hiccup with the entrance access, the warmth and helpfulness of the staff were outstanding. The hotel's historic location is amazing. Nestled in a hilly, picturesque area with very limited access to cars, it offers easy access to many local attractions and foods, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The security and comfort were top-notch. My room was cozy, well-maintained, and provided all the amenities I needed for a restful stay. Upon booking, I asked for a room with a view, and they made it happen. The breakfast included with the stay was perfect!\n\nA small suggestion for fellow travelers: if you are not arriving via a hotel-arranged cab service, I would inquire about the best drop-off point, especially if you have heavy luggage. I discovered a much easier route a few days into my stay, which was a lot less daunting than the steep hill I initially tackled when I arrived via Bolt. If arriving at night let them know the time so its easier to get buzzed in.\n\nOverall, my stay at Hotel Monte Belvedere by Shiadu was close to perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in the city."
