"Never booking again.\nWe didn't even stay for the night. Arriving everything seemed ok in the common areas but upon arriving to our room the conditions were deplorable.\n\nMold everywhere for starters;\n\nCut up pieces of cheap wallpaper on one of the walls, stuck with regular tape to hide the humidity damage and mold behind it;\n\nEggs from some kind of insect all over the corners of the wall, nesting in the humidity;\n\nDirty sheets with the same black eggs on them, bodily fluids, hairs and stained matresses;\n\nStained armchairs;\n\nCracked walls.\n\nWe refused to stay the night in such disgusting conditions."

"Our room was nice. It was a private room with a private bathroom. There is an air conditioning unit and this was welcome in the Lisbon heat.\n\nThe bed linen isn't fantastic, it's low quality and the duvets/pillows are similar.\n\nThere was a shared bathroom outside our room and we passed it a few times. For the rooms with shared bathrooms, the bathroom didn't smell great at all. I wouldn't recommend a shared bathroom here.\n\nLocation is fantastic, you're basically on top of the center of the city.\n\nI wouldn't recommend a long stay here but it's fine for a night or two."

"Room smells sewer when we enter, mattress has seen a better day, security is a worry, stranger inside the facility, when challenged she pretended to be one of the guest then fled. Appliances in shared kitchen majority are not working, coffee only provided for the first day but tea is free. No television in the room, wifi is very slow."
