"Absolutely Horrible Experience! Avoid at All Costs!\n\nThis was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The moment we entered the room, we were hit with an extremely strong, unpleasant smell that made it absolutely impossible to stay there. It was unbearable!! no one could sleep in such conditions.\n\nWe immediately went to reception to ask for another room, but they flat-out refused to move us. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and completely uninterested in solving the problem. In the middle of the night, we had no choice but to leave and search for another hotel just to have a place to sleep.\n\nThey never offered an apology, never tried to help, and to this day have refused to give us a refund for a room we couldn’t even stay in. The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away!"

"The worst hotel in the world! Stay far, far away from this awful place.\nThe room had an overwhelming, disgusting smell that made it impossible to stay in. We asked to be moved to another room, but they refused. we had to find another hotel at 1 a.m. just to have somewhere livable to sleep. They promised us a refund in person, but never issued it, and have ignored all our emails.\nThe rooms look nothing like the pictures you see online or on booking.com — pure false advertising.\n\nWe left as soon as we arrived, since apparently there was no room available, so anything they are saying about us complaining on the last day is a lie, that tells a lot about how professional these guys are\n\nAbsolutely terrible experience!!!"

"Air conditioner kept shutting off. Hotel had a bad smell to it (don’t think it’s always like this, something was going on with the plumbing) . Staff was lovely and very helpful. I lost my key card quite a few times and they just smiled and helped me every time"
