"Ok, so the only thing that was good about the hotel was the staff and food (which was in another building down the street, just as the help desk with check in). THERE WERE COCKROACHES IN THE ROOMS AND STAIRS! I get that there may be a wider problem with the infestation, but a proper door form the street would help. The basement rooms smell real bad.\nIn upper floors there is no natural light in rooms! The view from the window is on a flat wall 1meter away. You can't really leave that window open for fresh air either, it's loud and I was scared a bug would come in through there too. There were cracks in walls of the room. Door to the room was not tight, light from the corridor could be seen all around. Shower doors didn't shut properly, so I would have a flooded bathroom each day.\nThe neighborhood didn't seem safe that much, there were homeless right outside of the entrance.\nDo not recommend, the price doesn't match the standard...."

"Extremely disappointing experience — not worth the price.\n\nWe arrived around 10 PM, only to discover that check-in was not at the property itself but in a completely different building. We had to walk through unfamiliar streets at night, without our luggage, just to check in — a very uncomfortable and unprofessional start.\n\nThe room, which is 003, we were given was essentially a dark basement, with no proper window — just a small opening into a narrow inner shaft. The humidity and strong mold smell hit us immediately and made the space feel unhealthy and unwelcoming. At night, we heard noises that sounded like insects or small pests, which made it impossible to sleep peacefully.\n\nTo their credit, the receptionist and the staff member who helped with the room change were very polite and accommodating, and we appreciated their assistance. However, the fact that such a room is even offered as a guest room is unacceptable.\n\nConsidering the conditions, the price we paid was shockingly high for this level of service. Just placing a bed and shower in a space doesn’t make it a proper hotel room. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays we’ve experienced — and we hope no other guests have to go through the same."

"COCKROACHES IN OUR BED! Absolutely avoid this hotel.\n\nI strongly recommend you choose a different hotel. Unfortunately, I have to give this place a very negative review.\n\nFrom the moment we arrived, we were hit by an awful, moldy, damp smell in our room. It was clearly unhealthy to breathe in, let alone sleep in. Mold was also visibly growing on the walls. We tried to overlook it and not let it ruin our stay, but things only got worse.\n\nThe bathroom was poorly maintained, with broken shower doors that made using it another obstacle. There was also no privacy towards the hallway. Gaps at the top and bottom of our bedroom door meant that every sound from the corridor came straight into our room, and vice versa. On top of that, the hallway lights kept turning on and off all night, shining through the gaps and making it hard to sleep.\n\nBecause our room was in the basement, we could hear the metro station right next to the building entrance. It was extremely loud and made sleeping nearly impossible.\n\nBUT by far the worst part of our stay was our last night. As we were packing, we suddenly noticed cockroaches crawling across the floor, coming out of our shopping bags, and even on the bed mattress. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.\nThe low price of this hotel does not justify these horrible living conditions, if anything, it’s still far too expensive for what you get.\n\nThe only positive note is the staff, who were amazing, super friendly, and clearly not at fault for these issues.\n\nMY ADVICE: do yourself a favor and don’t come here. Just disgusting."
