"An Amazing Experience in Lisbon!\n\nWe stayed at this hotel for a week at the beginning of march, and it was wonderful in every way. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of many beautiful sights in Lisbon, as well as a train and metro station, restaurants, and tourist attractions.\n\nWe want to give a special mention to Dalila and Guillermo, who were always incredibly kind and attentive. They are the kind of staff who make a hotel stay even better!\n\nOverall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.\n\nThank you for everything! Really awesome hotel and amazing people working there!"

"3.5 stars overall. Some changes could make it 4 stars. This is the bad and good, in that order.\n\nThe Internet is unstable. A guest I talked with at breakfast couldn't connect their devices in their room. My TV didn't work because too many people were connected is what the front desk person told me. I tried at all hours over several days and the TV never worked once. It has been going on a week now is what they said but old reviews show it has been happening for months.\n\nThe bathroom feels small in room 111 vs the room. The room itself is huge and no issues there beyond no trash can in the bedroom. Just one small garbage can in the bathroom. The drain in the bathroom is not great as water settles when you use the rain head shower. They should have made the bathroom bigger.\n\nThe location is fantastic and you can't beat it really. The breakfast is good. I'd change the orange juice as it was just ok. Otherwise I did enjoy breakfast each day.\n\nThe staff seemed helpful as much as they can be. The TV not working is annoying as sometimes you just want something to fall sleep too."

"The only thing I would change is the length of our stay - we didn’t want to check out! From the moment we walked in the door and were warmly greeted by the staff, to the early morning pre-arranged taxi (with a take away breakfast so kindly prepared), our family loved this hotel. The beds were comfortable, double bathrooms (with stools for the little ones to reach the sink!) in the family room a huge bonus, and the details inside the room so thoughtfully and sustainably chosen that we felt right at home. We’ll be back for a longer stay next time, for sure."
