"I loved the music-themed concept of this hotel — it gives off a fun and vibrant vibe! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and courteous, which made check-in and the entire stay smooth and pleasant.\n\nBreakfast is worth it at €10 per person per day — especially because they serve a really good pastel de nata! The rooms are super clean, presentable, and the beds are extremely comfortable. There’s also air conditioning, which is a big plus. The bathroom is nice, although the shower can splash a bit of water onto the floor.\n\nThey do offer luggage storage, but note that it comes with an extra fee. The location is convenient, being close to Saldanha metro station, making it easy to get around. It’s a bit of a distance from downtown Lisbon, but still very manageable.\n\nOverall, great value for money and a solid choice for a stay in Lisbon!"

"Excellent hotel in a great location. The reception staff were fantastic - help ranged from showing us where to visit on the map to solving a computer problem (who knew that MacBooks will NOT connect to public WIFI !). The latter was critical as my son had an interview on Teams. Thankfully one of the guys had studied computer programming 😂. The breakfast is good value. The beds are comfortable and the bed linen is crisp. Only issue was the pillows - very lumpy. The shower worked well. There were two reasons why I awarded 4 and not 5 stars. First, there’s an air vent in the room and from time to time a horrible sewer smell wafted into the room. Second, the music played in the public areas was absolutely dreadful. Whining singers singing irritating songs. Better if that was stopped. Light classical would work better."
