"I rarely write reviews but I will not be staying at this hotel anymore, the receptionist both Male and Female are very rude. Guest are not allowed, lift does not work and the breakfast bad. The male receptionist was making abusive comments at an innocent delivery driver and the girl at the reception was very disrespectful."

"Very clean and quiet rooms, nice and good breakfast service, very nice staff and location is absolute perfect to explore Lisbon and many places like Sintra, etc. as the Metro (Saldanha, red and yellow line) to the next train station is around the corner and only 2 stops away. From the airport you just drop off at Saldanha and take a 2 minutes walk to the hotel. . Very good restaurants, groceries, etc. are also just around the corner.\nRoom was with balcony and spotless. Cleaned every day."
