"Shocked that this hotel doesn’t have 5 stars. The rooms are very well organised, clean, and incredibly comforting — you feel relaxed the moment you step in. The bathroom was great, and the breakfast — absolutely delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The location is also convenient — just a 5-minute walk to the metro that takes you right into the city centre. I would definitely recommend this place."

"The staff are very friendly. The bathroom and the hand wash are clean but poorly designed. The hand wash soap is kept far away from the wash basin. The toilet rolls provided are of very bad quality. The parking area is very small. If you are driving and reach the hotel, it is very difficult to check in because the two small places near the hotel are always blocked off. Poor quality breakfast. All the juices are very diluted. Easy access to public transport."

"This hotel is perfect for business visits and for tourism if you want to be a little far to the crazy old city. The commute from this place is perfect, you can walk to the metro station, buses and even at 9 minutes walking is Entrecampos metro station to take the metro to visit Sintra. The hotel is clean and very well cared for. You can book a room with a buffet breakfast or you can purchase the breakfast for 11 Euros (in June 2025). The breakfast has a variety of products and amazing choices for fruit was my favorite part. There is a place for an event in the Campo Pequeño park where we enjoy concerts with local artists for free and enjoy a delicious local beef. At night we close the windows and enjoy the room with air conditioning and sleep. The pillows need to be changed because they are a little uncomfortable but in general it's a very good hotel for the price. The staff is very friendly."
