"The rooms were really okay. You get what you pay for. It's clean, the bathroom is not crammed. The staff is friendly all throughout and the breakfast is good.\n\nThe pool area however is really sub-par. It's tiny and you need to reserve a spot. I don't even think that's bad, and I understand their pick.\n\nHowever, it's just simply not clean. The pool water is just dirty and I didn't feel comfortable being in the pool, becasue of it.\n\nIf you just want to sleep in the hotel and use it as a hub, it's quite okay. The distance to the centre is good."

"Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Recent Stay at 3K Hotel\n\nDear Sir/Madam,\n\nI am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction following my recent stay at the 3K Hotel. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of expectations, particularly in light of the price paid.\n\nDespite having requested a twin room, we were allocated a room with two single beds placed directly next to each other, with no space between them, effectively functioning as a double bed. Additionally, only one room key was provided. When we requested a second key, we were asked to pay a deposit. Regrettably, this deposit was not returned to us upon checkout, due to an oversight by the reception staff.\n\nFurther concerns arose with the general service and hospitality provided. We were refused glasses to use in the lobby for drinks we had brought ourselves, and requests for ice were met with reluctance. When ice was eventually provided, it was served in small paper cups, which felt inadequate.\n\nThe condition of the room itself was also unsatisfactory. The beds were uncomfortable, the television and air-conditioning units were not fully functional, the lavatory seat was loose, and the shower screen was too narrow to contain water, which led to the bathroom floor becoming wet and slippery.\n\nThe only redeeming feature of the hotel was its location, approximately a 20-minute walk from the city centre.\n\nGiven the above, I must express my disappointment with the overall quality of both the accommodation and the service provided. I respectfully request that this complaint be acknowledged and that appropriate steps be taken to address these issues for future guests.\n\nYours sincerely,\nP. Mistry"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great value and good location\nReally good value for money. The room was clean enough, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The location was convenient—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. Would definitely consider staying here again."
